The good news is that if you want to drink decaf gourmet coffee, you should have plenty of options. Most well-known coffee regions produce decaf gourmet coffee. Decaf coffee is also available in a variety of flavors. Look for beans that are marked as “Swiss water decaf.” These beans have had their caffeine removed naturally using pure water and no chemicals. They also tend to retain more flavor than beans that have been decaffeinated chemically.
